I found the generic driver of this camera by searching its Hardware ID “ USB\VID_0AC8&PID_303B” and “USB\Vid_0ac8&Pid_303b&Rev_0100”, I downloaded several generic driver that match its Hardware ID and surprisingly the driver that only works for this dental camera is from ViMicro, which I think the main manufacturer for Monitex Camera module. And when you try opening the amcap app it will display an error such as “Sorry, You have no video capture hardware” and on Dental Usb there are no Video Device found on the listing. It usually happen when you install a driver you downloaded from Monitex website, upon installing it will cause an issue and you’re not able to install the driver because the driver they posted on their website is outdated and only support Windows XP. If you have hard time installing the driver for this Dental USB MoniCam Intraoral Camera from that doesn’t works on latest OS Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7.
